2) How long will it take for my Order to get shipped?
All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse immediately after receiving the order.
Shipping time estimates are up to 30 - 40 business days (Varies from product to product) Scootrasch Outdoor Equipment aims to provide the fastest (15 days or less) and most cost effective shipping for all orders, however due to the ever changing supply chain this can not always be guaranteed
Please note we are working hard to make sure your order arrives to your doorstep as soon as possible but due to the current Covid-19 and supply chain situations please understand unexpected extended shipping times.
3)Â PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (2-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website. Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
4) Shipping estimates might increase for your order during Public Holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing /delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Christmas).Â
5) Once the package has been shipped and dispatched from the warehouse, any customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays are not held accountable by us.
6) IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
Extra charges like Import tax, duties and related Customs fees if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Please contact your local Customs office directly for further details.
7)Â UNCLAIMED ORDERSÂ
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at info@scootraschoutdoor.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details. Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to beheld responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
8)Â SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
