REFUND POLICY
We do not typically offer refunds on products as we state the shipping time for each product, as well as the product description in each product page and it is up to the customer to read this information and ultimately be the person who purchases. But, if you feel as if your product is damaged, you are able to send us clear evidence through photos of your product, packaging, as well as your customer information so our team can work on the issue.
We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of SCOOTRASH before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we put in our best efforts to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.
If you discover a fault with the product you have received, please take pictures of the defect and E-mail info@scootraschoutdoor.com within 30 days upon receiving the order. The pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are satisfied
All the Exchanges and Refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment made by the customer.
Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender or destroyed.
All the Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.
